TERMS & CONDITIONS
We require a $1500 deposit to hold your date, with half the payment being due 60 days before and full payment upon arrival. Bring your binoculars and valid Texas Hunting Liscense : you are required by law to have it in your possession while hunting. We are part of MLD 3 Cat 1 Release sight.
*Cancellations within 60 days of the hunt will forfeit $1500 deposit.
*Cancellations within 30 days of hunt will forfeit 50% of hunt cost.
*If scheduling a hunt in our busy months (October 1 - December 15), please be sure the dates will work for you before booking. We require 50% deposit to book in those months and any cancellations within 60 days will result in full deposit being forfeited.
*In the event of a lost or wounded deer, full price will be paid according to your guide’s Boone and Crockett score. We will do everything in our power to find the wounded animals.
